GORHAM, Maine -- The Little East Conference announced its weekly
awards program Monday afternoon and University of Southern Maine
sophomore outside hitter Jess Williamson (Goffstown, N.H.) was selected as the volleyball Offensive Player of the Week.

Williamson, the 2014 LEC Rookie of the Year and four-time Rookie of the
Week selection.
In three matches (10 sets) last week, Williamson compiled
51 kills on a .408 hitting percentage and had 37 digs. She also

and 15 digs. Later in the afternoon, she had 19 kills on a .317 hitting
percentage (19-6-41) and 15 digs for her sixth double-double of the
season in the Huskies' come-from-behind win against Emmanuel.
On the season, Williamson is averaging 4.19 kills per set
(176/42) on a .253 attack percentage. She leads the team with 167 digs
(3.98 digs per set), and has 20 aces and 13 total blocks.
Southern Maine, 6-7 overall and 1-1 in the Little East
