Women’s College Soccer No. 24 Western Connecticut Shuts Out Southern Maine 3-0

GORHAM, Maine  – Junior Myah Croze (Bristol, Conn./Bristol Eastern) had a goal and an assist and senior goalkeeper Karly Martin (Bristol, Conn./Bristol Eastern) turned in a spectacular performance in goal as No. 24 Western Connecticut State University defeated the University of Southern Maine Huskies 3-0 in a Little East Conference women’s soccer game Saturday afternoon at Hannaford Field.

DANBURY, Conn.  –  Senior Matthew Restrepo (Bridgeport, Conn.) scored a goal and added an assist in the second half to lead Western Connecticut State University to a 2-0 win over the University of Southern Maine Huskies in a Little East Conference men’s soccer game Saturday morning at the Westside Athletic Complex.

Update at 9:12am: Rockland EMS transported one from the accident by Southend Grocery.


Update at 9:07am: One was transported from the Union/Park accident.

BREAKING NEWS: Plane Crashes at End of Vinalhaven Runway

Update at 7:09pm: Patient has been transported from the airport to the hospital by South Thomaston ambulance.


Update 6:33pm  Plane with patient has taken off from Vinalhaven to Knox County Regional Airport.


Update at 5:42pm: Patient has been removed from plane.


Update at 5:23pm: The plane was transporting a patient and a medic when it crashed.


Medic  from South Thomaston is heading to the island by plane.


BREAKING NEWS: Vinalhaven, Maine - We're hearing that a N207JP plane has crashed at the end of the runway while trying to take off on Vinalhaven, Friday, October 22nd, 2021.
