UMF Women’s Track and Field Makes Solid Run in Aloha Relays

BRUNSWICK, Maine – University Of Maine Farmington women's track and field had a solid day at the Aloha Relays on Saturday afternoon, hosted by Bowdoin College.

Bridget Humphrey (Jefferson, Maine/Erskine Academy) placed fifth in the high jump by leaping 1.48m. Humphrey also had a top ten finish in the triple jump event with a score of 10.16 meters. In the discus throw, she tossed her disc 30.76 meters for a seventh place finish.

Molly Menice (Monmouth, Maine/Monmouth Academy) placed fifth in the javelin throw with a throw of 30.96 meters.

Laura Pulito (Brownfield, Maine/Fryeburg Academy) claimed a seventh place finish in the 800m with a new personal best of 2:23.05.

UMaine-Farmington will compete at the NAC Championship next Sunday, hosted by Colby-Sawyer College.
