Story:
Waterville struck early on a goal by Jordan Jabar after the ball bounced around a few times following a corner kick. Jenna Petrovic earned the equalizer on a feed from Paige Smith that was crossed by Calli Lavarway from the right edge. After a penalty kick from Waterville's Fotini Shanos, Winslow was again able to even the score on Desiree Veilleux's first career goal from 25 yards out. Waterville had a number of chances in the first OT, only to be denied by Hillary Libby. Calli Lavarnway hit the crossbar for Winslow as the clock ran down on a competitive early season matchup for both teams.
