CASCO, Maine - Husson University Senior Greg Martin took home individual medalist honors at the 13thAnnual John Queenan Memorial Tournament at the Point Sebago Golf Resort in Casco Maine.
Martin shot a 71 on day to lead the Eagles to a fourth place overall finish with a team score of 323. He became the ninth different Eagles' golfer to win the Queenan crown.
Other Eagles who placed were Daulton Wickenden 8th with a score of 79, Phillip Thome 13th with a score of 81, Cam Clark 26th with a score of 92 and Steve Mahon 30th with a score of 112.
Southern Maine won the tournament with a score of 315 followed by the University of New England and Saint Joseph's (Maine) who tied for 2nd with 318.
The Eagles return to action on September 12th when they travel to Brunswick Golf Club in Brunswick, Maine for the Bowdoin Invitational.
