Story:

Winslow, Maine - Calli Lavarnway scored from the right wing on a feed from Maddy Morneault 14 seconds into the game and Sara Doughty followed that with a goal 3 minutes later as the Winslow Black Raiders cruised to victory Saturday morning at Kennebec Savings Bank field.  Paige Smith and Lidia Santos scored goals in the first half for Winslow.  Paige Veilleux scored on a ball that was booted by goalie Hillary Libby halfway through the first half.  Paige Smith added her second goal of the game with 10 minutes remaining to close out the scoring for the day.  Makenzie Carlow led a solid defensive effort for Winslow as they moved to 2-0-1 on the season.  MCI goalies Chelsea Lydem and Audrey McConnell combined for 12 saves in net for MCI who drops to 0-3 on the season.  Winslow plays Nokomis at home on Tuesday.
