Bradford Culvert Replacements Start May 21st
Bradford, Maine - Work crews will be replacing existing drainage culverts in the town of Bradford from May 21st through the 25th from Stores Corner to the Jones Road. There will be a full road closure until the project is completed, with detour signs guiding motorists away from the work zone.
The project begins a half mile south of Stores Corner on Route 155, with traffic closed off on each side. Variable message signs are currently alerting drivers, and will remain active through the period. The detour routes are as follows:
Detour route south: Follow the detour signs from Stores Corner across the North Lagrange Road to Route 11 in North Bradford, then south on Route 11 to the junction of Routes 11, 155 and 221.
Detour route north: From the Jones Road in Bradford follow the detour signs south on Route 155, the Storer Road, to Route 155, the East Road, to the junctions of 11, 155 and 221 in Bradford, then north on Route 11 to North Bradford, and back across the North Lagrange Road to Stores Corner.
