Blue Hill, Maine - Join Friends of Blue Hill Public Library for their first-Saturday-of-the-month “get ready for summer” book sale on June 2th, in the Library’s basement “book nook” during regular library hours, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. This is the time to stock up the camp or cottage and get ready for summer guests!
No one has to wait until the first Saturday of the month to get a deal on books! There is an ongoing fifty cent paperback sale on the Library’s second floor, accessible anytime the Library is open.
Book sale proceeds enable the Friends to sponsor many of the special programs offered at the library, for both children and adults, and to make special purchases of books, dvds, etc., and equipment for the library. To donate books that are in good condition or for more information, contact the Library at 374-5515. Please leave the dust jackets (regardless of their condition) on any books you donate whenever possible!
