By Doug MillsRockland- Rockland had another ribbon cutting ceremony today. The newest shop to open on Rockland's Main street is Smarty Pants. Smarty Pants opened in Thomaston in 2007 and will now be located at 485 Main Street in Rockland.
Smarty Pantd features a carefully selected second-hand clothing, featuring labels from J. Jill, Coldwater Creek, Chicos, and Flax to Boden, Charlottle Russe, H&M, and many other brands. Smarty Pants also carries a large number of items that are unworn with the tags still on, and all are in excellent, like-new condition. Cathy Kulka, a life-long thrift-store shopper is the proud owner of Rockland's newest shop.
