BLUE HILL— Kids of all ages are invited to participate in a four session writing and drawing workshop on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to noon, July 18th to August 8th, with Blue Hill Public Library and Blue Hill Heritage Trust. Participants will create a story to post along the new Peter's Brook Three Bridges Trail in Blue Hill, hiking the trail on July 18, writing a story on July 25, illustrating the story on August 1 and posting the story along the trail on August 8th, to share with the community.
This four week project is a unique opportunity to explore the beauty and nature of Blue Hill and create something to share with the entire community. Anyone interested may register using the library’s calendar at www.bhpl.net, or call the library at 374-5515. This event is free and all ages are welcome, but kids under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a caregiver 12 years or older. It is cosponsored by the library and Blue Hill Heritage Trust.
