Governor Mills Directs Flags Lowered in Honor of John Paul Stevens
In accordance with a directive from the President, Governor Janet Mills directed that the United States and State of Maine flags be flown at half-staff statewide on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 in honor of John Paul Stevens, retired Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, and issued the following statement:
