BATH - The Maine Department of Transportation will begin two major projects in the Bath/Brunswick/Woolwich area. Bridge wearing surface repairs to the Sagadohoc Bridge (#6388) located on the Bath and Woolwich town line will begin on Tuesday (today) July 9, 2019. In addition, highway rehabilitation, drainage work, and tree removal will occur on US Route 1, northbound and southbound, beginning at the Cooks Corner Interchange in Brunswick and extending 5.18 miles east to the Bath Viaduct. All work will take place at night, beginning as early as 7pm and ending by 6am.
