Family Music Show at the Blue Hill Public Library

Blue Hill, Maine - Children and their parents are invited to attend a special music show Around the World in 59 1/2 Minutes (or less) with Filibert Binkleby and The Travelers at the Blue Hill Public Library on Saturday September 15th from 11:00 AM to noon. This free performance is aimed at families with children 4 and older

Filibert Binkleby is a family-friendly show, fun and interesting for all ages. Filibert is always on an adventure!  His friends, the Travelers will present the songs, stories, interesting facts and tidbits that he sends them from amazing, far-away places. Those who come to a show might learn about dancing in South America; fun things to see and do in London; World's Fairs and the Eiffel Tower; immigration and language; asking for the bathroom in Uzbekistan, and the Space Race, just to name a few. Every show includes audience participation, activities to take home, and an ever-expanding reading list for anyone whose curiosity has been aroused!
