ROCKLAND, ME - On Tuesday April 24 at the Rockland Public Library, The High Tide Poets' writing group will open its workshop to the public. Join them and observe how a writing workshop works, what is entailed in looking at drafts of poems. The group will meet at the big table in the fireplace room of the library at 1 PM. Come and ask questions or to simply watch the group in action. Want to start your own writing group? Come and see one way it can be done! Check out the glass display cases across from the elevator and see some of the group's work! The High Tide Poets’ writing group includes Jim Ostheimer, Elizabeth Berkenbile, Zibette Dean, Wendy Rapaport, Ellen Goldsmith, George Chappell, Gayle Portnow, DiTa, Hadassa Wisch, and Carol Bachofner.
