YANKEES' PITCHER ANDY PETTITTE SCHEDULED TO PITCH AGAINST THE SEA DOGS ON MONDAY AT HADLOCK FIELD

PORTLAND, ME - New York Yankees' manager Joe Girardi has announced that pitcher Andy Pettitte is scheduled to pitch against the Portland Sea Dogs on Monday, April 30th at Hadlock Field when the Sea Dogs face the Trenton Thunder at 6:00 PM.

Pettitte, a veteran of 16 Major League seasons is making a comeback after retiring prior to the 2011 season. The 39 year-old has pitched with the Yankees and the Houston Astros where he has compiled a career record of 240-138 with a 3.88 ERA.

The Yankees signed Pettitte to a minor league contract on March 16, 2012. He was originally signed by the Yankees in the 22nd round of the June 1990 draft.

Pettitte has made three starts this season; two with Single-A Tampa and one with Double-A Trenton.

Sea Dogs' tickets can be purchased by calling the Sea Dogs Ticket Office at 207-879-9500 or order online at www.seadogs.com. Ticket prices range between $4.00 and $9.00. The 2012 season is the Sea Dogs' 19th season in Portland and the tenth as an affiliate of the Boston Red Sox.
