Registration for Criminal Law, Juvenile Law, Child Protection, Emancipation, and Involuntary Commitment Minimum Standards Training (Video Replay) - June 20, 21, 25, 26, 2018

MCILS has scheduled the following Minimum Standards Trainings:

- Criminal Law, Wednesday, June 20, 2018 (6.5 CLE credits)

- Juvenile Law, Thursday, June 21, 2018 (6 CLE credits)

- Child Protection, Monday, June 25, 2018(6 CLE credits)

- Emancipation, Tuesday, June 26, 2018 (1.5 CLE credits)

- Involuntary Commitment, Tuesday, June 26, 2018 (4 CLE credits)

The trainings will be held at the Capital Judicial Center, Multipurpose Room, 1 Court Street, Augusta

These trainings satisfy the minimum requirements for assigned and contract counsel to be eligible to accept assignments in the areas of Criminal Law, Juvenile Law, Emancipation, and Child Protective matters under MCILS Rule, Chapter 2. These trainings have been approved by the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar for Continuing Legal Education Credits.
