Origami on Saturday at The Vose Library

The Vose Library, 392 Common Road, in Union, will offer a creative workshop about Origami on Saturday, June 23 at 10am. The craft of creating figures from folded paper originated in Japan and has flourished as a ceremonial art form. Origami, or 'folded paper' figures are created using uncut paper, without paste or tape, and can be remarkably intricate. Come and learn the basics of this ancient art! No experience is required, and it's appropriate for kids and adults.
