Education Courses at URock for Teacher Certification and Recertification

Rockland, Maine - University College at Rockland will offer over 90 education courses this fall from throughout the University of Maine System which can be applied to teacher certification and recertification. The URock schedule includes courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level and course descriptions declare which education endorsement it meets with the Maine Department of Education. Subjects include important topics in early childhood education, educational media, teaching methods, teaching those with special needs, assessment, response to interventions and many more.

Fall registration is currently open and students may register without payment at this time. Courses are delivered face-to-face, via videoconferencing, interactive television and fully online.

University College at Rockland is located on the 4th floor of the Breakwater Building in Rockland. They offer over 600 courses from the University of Maine System each semester and enroll over 600 university students.
