Rico Baudanza pitched a complete game 4 hitter and Andrew King singled 4 times to help lead the Georges Valley Babe Ruth team to its third straight win, an 11-1 home victory over Bristol.

Baudanza needed only 72 pitches to earn the win, striking out 4 and only walked 1.

King’s 4 singles included a RBI single in a 5 run 3rd and a RBI single in the 6th that pushed across the game’s final run.  Thomas Curtis added a RBI single in the 3rd, while Dallas Ball and Jimmy Strong added RBI fielder’s choices in the frame.

Scotty Strong’s pinch hit 2 run double was the key hit in the 3 run 5th for Georges Valley.

Brett Cowen and Tyler Cheney each doubled for Bristol which scored its lone run on a throwing error.
