Oceanside varsity team worked really hard in their match against Leavitt by scoring 1 goal in the 1st half by Phoebe. During the first half Oceanside did a wonderful job in keeping Leavitt from scoring. However, the second half with a minute left, Leavitt really turned up the heat by scoring two scores for the win. No matter who won this match, it without a doubt that both teams worked really hard. It will be worth for everyone to keep an one on these teams.
Following the varsity match the jv team took the field in a hard fought battle that ended up in a tie. During the first half of the game Lillian (Leavitt) and Mariah Harris(Oceanside) were able to each score a score. The second half was a repeat of the first half with Clara Feltus from Oceanside and a player were each able to score, leaving the game in a tie. Both teams worked hard in a hard fought battle.
