Greenovations Relocates To York

York, Me.-Greenovations Eco Building Supply, formerly of Portsmouth, NH has relocated to York, Maine at 470 US Route One, between the route 1A traffic light and Hannaford Plaza, on the west side of the road.  They can be contacted at 207-361-3397.

With their new location, Greenovations has expanded its offerings beyond interior finish products such as flooring, tiling and countertops.  “The new space offers a complete green building experience,” according to owner Christopher Ring, “with products and learning tools to demonstrate some of the best ways to design, build or renovate your home.”    The store’s  “mini-house”, a model of a smart, efficient and eco-friendly home structure, displays some of the new offerings at Greenovations, including  solar installations, HVAC equipment, windows and insulation, to name a few.  Additionally, the larger space has permitted the locally owned business to increase their selection of such products as hardwood flooring, counter-tops and cabinet materials.

Greenovations specializes exclusively in healthy, “green” building materials and emphasizes local and regional supply partnerships.   With a strong commitment to building science education, Ring plans to continue his outreach efforts with free workshops, seminars and discussion groups related to green building, such as the Green Home Building and Design series he organized at the York Public Library this past April.

Greenovations is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am – 5:30pm and Saturday’s 10am – 3:30pm.   After hours appointments are also available.  For more information visit         www.seacoastgreenovations .com or contact by e-mail at: greenovations@maine.rr.com
