Following last year’s successful "It Gets Better- Maine’s First Annual LGBT Film Festival", The Grand presents “Sharing the Stories- the 2nd Annual Maine LGBT Film Festival” running from Friday October 19th through Sunday October 21st. And, in addition to LGBT films from around the country and world (as well as speakers and panels from the local LGBT community), this year the festival will include a presentation of local storytellers from the Maine LGBT community (including the Hancock County Speaker’s Bureau) who bring to the festival their own truths.
