Portland, Maine - Portland Harbor will once again be aglow with lights on Saturday, December 15, 2012. Commercial and pleasure craft will be decked out in holiday lights and finery. The boats will congregate off the Maine State Pier at 4:30 p.m. and the parade will begin at 4:45 p.m.
Spectators can watch the brightly lit outlines of watercraft as they sail back and forth from the Casco Bay Bridge to Spring Point, as well as a fireworks display by one or more of the parade participants.
