Talk on Invasive Tree Pests

Blue Hill, Maine - On Wednesday, July 31, Colleen Teerling, an entomologist with the Maine Forest Service, will offer a presentation about invasive species of insects.  She will discuss what can be done before and after the insects arrive in Maine.  The presentation is sponsored by Blue Hill Heritage Trust and will be held at the Blue Hill Library from 7:00-8:30 p.m.

The Trust invites landowners and interested members of the public to this important program on invasive insects that are affecting various tree species.  For more information, contact Eileen at Blue Hill Heritage Trust, 374-5118 or eileen@bluehillheritagetrust.org.
