Rockland, Maine – Dream Local Digital continues its growth plans, promoting Lesa Berard to People Operations Manager. Lesa is based in the company’s headquarters in Rockland, Maine and will be leading the effort in recruiting and developing new Dream Team members.
During this time of significant growth for Dream Local Digital, the People Operations role will be critical in maintaining the startup culture of the company while also scaling-up the team size significantly; in an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, efficiency and standards; goal attainment.
Lesa started her career as Senior Purchasing/Sourcing Agent for L.L.Bean. Since then, she has owned and operated a small business. Over the last year she has worked for Dream Local Digital first as the Client Services Manager and more recently as a Business Portfolio Growth Strategist. She is a 1995 graduate of the Johnson & Wales University-Providence with a bachelor’s degree in Direct Marketing.
