The Ale House String Band is comprised of Brian Dunn on mandolin, April Reed-Cox on cello and Oren Robinson on guitar. The group was formed through a couple of happy accidents. Oren regularly played at the local tavern, and the owner introduced him to Brian. Through this, the foundation of the group was formed. April moved to the area, and one evening was invited to play by Brian. The resulting chemistry was evident to everyone who was present that evening, and thus the Ale House String Band was formed. They perform anywhere within a days ride, and can be found happily picking, plucking, bowing, strumming, and singing away in a plethora of venues.
