Mid Coast Hospital Healthline Guide


BRUNSWICK, ME – Mid Coast Hospital has released its fall issue of their Healthline Guide. This helpful resource includes information about classes, workshops, support groups, and health improvement programs provided by Healthline, Mid Coast Hospital's community health education center. Healthline works with community partners to provide quality health education on a variety of topics for all audiences.

Healthline's programs are evidenced based and delivered by medical professionals certified by nationally recognized organizations. Some of Healthline's programs include: Let's Go! 5-2-1-0 the community health and wellness initiative that reaches over 7000 area children through local schools, the Annual Skin Cancer Screening that offered free lifesaving screenings to 159 community members in May, and outpatient Tobacco Cessation, Nutrition and Asthma Management programs.

The guide is available online at www.midcoasthealth.com/healthline. Hard copies of the guide can be requested by calling the Healthline office at 373-6585.
