Author Reading: Seeing With My Heart

Blue Hill, Maine - Penobscot resident the Reverend Ron Hutchins will read from his new memoir Seeing With My Heart at the Blue Hill Public Library on Thursday, November 1st at 7:00 PM.  According to a foreword written by Fritz Lyon, Seeing with My Heart is “a tale of life and love and grief.” Another foreword, by Richard H. Hunter, says that Reverend Hutchins’ dedication to sharing his life story comes from his intense desire to help others deal with their woundedness and find a meaningful life from seemingly constant disappointments.

Reverend Hutchins says that the book is his “journey to wholeness,” He goes on, “believing that I am on a journey charted by a power greater than myself has made all the difference in my life.” A major emphasis in the book is the death of his beloved wife Charlann, to whom he has dedicated the book, along with his friend Richard H. Hunter.
