White House Schedule - November 27, 2013

In the morning, the President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing in the Oval Office.  This meeting is closed press.

In afternoon, the President will pardon the National Thanksgiving Turkey in a ceremony on the North Portico. The President will celebrate the 66th anniversary of the National Thanksgiving Turkey presentation, reflect upon the time-honored traditions of Thanksgiving, and wish American families a safe and healthy holiday. This ceremony is open press.

Following the ceremony, the President will sign S. 252 : Prematurity Research Expansion and Education for Mothers who deliver Infants Early Reauthorization Act or the "PREEMIE Reauthorization Act", H.R. 1848: Small Airplane Revitalization Act of 2013 and H.R. 3204: Drug Quality and Security Act . There will be a stills only pool spray of these signings in the Oval Office.

Later in the afternoon, the First Family will participate in a service event in the Washington, DC area.
