Woman's Hospital Association to hold bake sale on December 13‏

Lewiston, Maine - The Central Maine Medical Center Woman's Hospital Association will hold a bake sale in the CMMC Main Lobby at 60 High Street on December 13 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.


Funds raised at the bake sale will be used by CMMC’s Sam and Jennie Bennett Breast Care Center to pay for screening mammograms for patients that do not have insurance or do not have insurance coverage that covers the cost of testing.


Anyone who cannot attend the bake sale but would like to contribute to the fund-raising effort is urged to send a donation, by mailing a check to the Woman's Hospital Association, CMMC, 300 Main Street, Lewiston, Maine, 04240.


The Woman's Hospital Association is a non-profit organization, so contributors should check with their tax-preparer to determine if their donation is tax deductible.
