“The Voice” finalist Joshua Davis at Strand on January 15

Rockland, Maine - Joshua Davis, a Season 8 Finalist on NBC television’s singing competition “The Voice” will appear on the Strand Theatre stage, 345 Main Street, on Friday, January 15 at 7:30pm.

Joshua Davis is a singer-songwriter raised in the folk tradition writing songs that blend the roots of American music with gritty rock n' roll and vintage soul.  No newcomer, for over 15 years Joshua has made his living sharing his songs, stories and knowledge across the US and Canada at festivals, concert halls and coffeehouses. Dubbed, "the Michigan version of the Great American Songscape" (Chris Reitz, Elderly Instruments), his catalog is a seamless snapshot of American past and present. Davis is starting off 2016 with a New England tour.
