Stay Healthy During Cold & Flu Season with Essential Oils November 4
Certified Aromatherapist Nancy Lubin will discuss the basics of using essential oils safely to support your immune system and keep your surroundings germ free in her talk, “Stay Healthy During Cold & Flu Season Naturally With Essential Oils.” The talk, on Monday, November 4 at 12:00 noon at the Camden Public Library, is part of the Wellness series hosted by the library and PenBay Regional Chamber of Commerce. The series presents free talks on wellness from mainstream practitioners as well as non-traditional practices. The talks are “Brown Bag Lunch” format.
On November 4 Lubin will demonstrate several ways essential oils can be easily incorporated into your life, home, or office. The session will also cover general information about what makes an ‘essential’ oil. There will be time for questions and discussion. Lubin studied Aromatherapy with Andrea Butje of Aromahead Institute. Nancy is also a Certified Life Coach and Zentangle teacher. She is a lifelong student of healthy living and full self expression.
Next month’s talk will be “Stress Relief: 10 Amazing Do-It-Yourself Acupressure Points” by acupuncturist Amy Jenner, on Monday, December 9, at noon at the library.
