BOSTON, Mass. -- The University of Maine women's cross country team
placed 30th at the New England Championships at Franklin Park on
Saturday afternoon.
The Black Bears finished the 5k run with a total time of 1:39.11 and a score of 858.
Annabelle Wilson again led the charge for the women's team, placing 139th with a time of 19:27.4. Wilson was followed by Shannon O'Neil in 167th at 19:44.1 and Hope Gardner who placed 178th in a time of 19:54.8.
Maine is back in action on Saturday, Oct. 31 when it travels to
compete at the 2015 America East Championships, hosted by Stony Brook.
