Morrison garners CCC Rookie of the Week award

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- University of New England women's volleyball player Brittany Morrison has been named as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week for the period ending October 11.




The first-year libero tallied 34 digs over three matches during the week, including 17 in a 3-0 victory over Maine Maritime. In the 10 total sets, Morrison successfully returned 66 of 68 serves that came her direction.
