Boulay tabbed as CCC Rookie of the Week

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. -- University of New England field hockey player Kersey Boulay has been named as the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Rookie of the Week for the period ending October 11.

Boulay and the Nor'easters' defensive unit allowed just eight total shots and zero penalty corners during the 140 minutes, as UNE posted shutouts over Nichols (8-0) and Roger Williams (3-0). It is the second such honor for Boulay, who also scored her third goal of the season against the Bison.
