Monmouth, Maine - Crews will be paving Route 202 and Route 133 in the towns of Monmouth, Winthrop and Wayne beginning on Monday, May 4th.
The first paving project will start .08 of a mile easterly of the Leeds/Monmouth town line and extend 6.73 miles to 0.2 of a mile westerly of the intersection of Route 202, Annabessacook Road and Old Lewiston Road in Winthrop.
The second half of the project begins on the Route 202 ramps and extends northwesterly on Route 133 for 6.47 miles to 0.4 of a mile north of Old Winthrop Road.
Motorists will experience slight delays as there will be alternating one-way traffic controlled by flaggers through the work zones.
It is anticipated all work will be completed by mid-August, 2015.
Pike Industries, Inc. of Fairfield will perform this $2.7 million project.
