STRONG WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH TEMPERATURES FALLING BELOW ZERO TO PRODUCE DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS ACROSS MAINE AND NEW HAMPSHIRE. WINDS WILL SUBSIDE TOWARD MORNING WHILE TEMPERATURES STILL FALL. THE EXTREME WIND CHILL READINGS WILL
