Annual Songwriters Coffeehouse June 6
Thursday, June 6, is the date of this year’s Songwriter’s Coffeehouse, at 7:00 pm in the Picker Room at the Camden Public Library. The songwriters have been working on their new songs all winter and are polishing their performances in preparation for the June 6 Coffeehouse. David Dodson and Jim James, the session leaders, will also perform at the Coffeehouse, as will several “alumni” of the Sessions. The songs cover a wide range of styles and instrumentation, although guitar is the usual instrument of choice. This annual event is a showcase for local musicians and a highlight for the songwriters; all are welcome to come enjoy the evening, refreshments will be available, donations accepted.
