67th Annual Maine Lobster Festival Kicks Off This Wednesday July 30th

Sea Goddess Coronation takes place on the
 festival opening day.
Rockland, Maine - It's that time of year again when harbor park is set up for the annual 5 day Maine Lobster Festival which kicks off this Wednesday, July 30th. The festival is a great place to bring your family down for food, see artwork, live entertainment, activities for all ages such as rides, the Sea Goddess Coronation on opening day, King Neptune arriving at the main pier at noon and more.

Live entertainment have been lined up for all five days. Here is a look at who will be performing and other entertainment.

Wednesday:
Chaos Sauce - North Entertainment Tent
King Neptune arriving at the main pier around noontime.
Sea Goddess Coronation on the main stage which is the highlight of opening day. The coronation starts at 8pm.

Thursday:
The Veayo Twins - Main Stage - 5-7pm
Chamberlain - North Entertainment Tent - 7:30-10pm
Amy Allen and Band - Main Stage - 7pm
Dave Mallett Band - Main Stage - 8pm
Mallett Brothers Band - Main Stage - 9pm

Friday:
Bert and I Co. - North Entertainment Tent - 1:30pm
Peter Mezolan - Main Stage - Welcoming Ceremony for the U.S.C.G Barge Eagle - Main Stage - 4pm
Creatures of Habit - North Entertainment Tent - 6-10pm
Daryle Singletary - Main Stage - 7:30pm

Confederate Railroad - Main Stage - 8:30pm

Saturday:
Harborside Harmony - North Entertainment Tent - 2pm
Monday Night Jazz Orchestra - Main Stage - 2-3pm
John McDonald - 3pm
Steelin Thunder -North Entertainment Tent - 6-9pm

Don 't forget about the big parade down Rockland main street around 10am.

Sunday:
Lauren Crosby on main stage at 12pm
Windjammer Chorus performs in the North Entertainment Tent at 1pm.
Breakers Jazz Ensemble on the main stage at 1:30pm
