Thomaston, Maine - The Oceanside West 8th grade girls team hosted Medomak Middle School on January 21st in a quarterfinal game. Oceanside were able to win the game by a score of 72-15 against Medomak Middle School.
Gammy Simmons had a great game as she was able to help her Oceanside blue team to victory by scoring 18pts. Other scorers for Oceanside 8th girls blue team were Aubrey Anderson 8pts, Jordan B. 13pts, Emily Clough 10pts, Cassidy B. 2pts, Taylor Hamlin 14pts and Kyleigh F. 7pts.Medomak players that were able to score during the quarterfinal game against Oceanside were Acadia C.
2pts, Hallie K. 2pts, Gabby Depatsy 10pts and Haley W. 1pt.
Oceanside 8th grade girls blue team advances to the semi-finals which will be held on January 23rd, 2014. Where the semi-finals will be played and times will be added to this article as soon as we know.
