Landmark Corporation Surveyors & Engineers hires Joel Lufkin, Jr.,

Professional Engineer, to serve growing client base

Rockport, Maine – (January 28, 2014) Landmark Corporation Surveyors & Engineers, announces that Joel Lufkin, Jr. has joined the firm as a Civil Engineer. Joel will be involved in the preparation of site plans, grading & drainage designs, roadway plans, utility design, erosion control plans, permit applications, field investigations, construction oversight, and other aspects of project execution.

Lufkin is a Maine licensed professional engineer with over 10 years of experience in construction, civil and structural engineering design. He comes to Landmark from Cordjia Capital Projects Group in Camden, where he was involved in development projects, construction monitoring and condition assessments throughout the Northeast. Prior to Cordjia he was a Project Civil/Structural Engineer with Acheron Engineering in Newport, and an Associate Engineer with Kleinschmidt Associates in Pittsfield.

Lufkin graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maine at Orono with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He also is a Maine licensed Water System Operator (VSWS).
