Oceanside Mariners Defeats Morse Shipbuilders

Rockland, Maine - On January 28th the Mariners of Oceanside High School hosted Morse High School in hard wood action. Oceanside hosted Morse High School Shipbuilders in three matches from freshmen to varsity. The Oceanside freshmen, junior varsity 65-49 and varsity 56-47, all three won their games.

In the varsity game Oceanside in the first half of the game was behind in scoring. This however changed in the second half as Oceanside seemed to come alive more as they were able to by off a win by 56-47. Oceanside scorers were Jarrod Leonardi 6pts, Nick Mazurek 7pts, Isiah Stone Patterson 7pts, Hunter Grindle 4pts, Nick Judge 9pts and David Gould 23pts. Some of Morse scorers were J. Moore 2pts, Ethan W. 16pts, Jacob Freeman 8pts and Chris P. 13pts.

Oceanside and Morse played a great game that went in the favor of the Mariners.
