ORLAND, Maine - Bring your valentine and celebrate Great Maine Outdoor Weekend with a full moon hike in the Great Pond Mountain Wildlands, Friday, Feb. 14 at 6 pm. Depending on conditions, we'll hike, snowshoe and/or ski the Dead River Trail and enjoy the open, moonlit views. We'll call for owls, too! Meet at Craig Brook Nat'l Fish Hatchery parking lot on Hatchery Road to carpool up the road. Rain/snow date Feb. 15.
