Patenaude joins Big Brothers Big Sisters Board

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid-Maine is pleased to announce its newest board member, Nicolas Patenaude of Manchester.  He is employed by Kennebec Savings Bank of Augusta as a Loan Officer and has served on the agency’s Golf Fore Kids’ Sake Committee.

Nicolas was born and raised in Augusta and attended the University of Maine at Orono where he received his BS in Business Administration in Finance.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid-Maine’s CEO, Alex Gaeth says: "Nic’s passion has already helped us successfully expand to Kennebec Valley and we look forward to more success for kids with his leadership."

“Not everyone is fortunate enough to have the relationships and support they need while growing up. Big Brothers Big Sisters provides a critical service to the lives of so many youth. I strongly believe that by intervening early on in youth’s lives and providing the supported relationships that they need we have a higher probability of changing their lives for the better, forever. I’m proud to serve on the board of an organization that is actively making a difference in our communities,” Patenaude says.

He lives in Manchester with his wife, Maria.
