In accordance with Title 28A Section 653 MRSA 1964 a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Council Chambers of Belfast City Hall to hear an application by Moorings Oceanfront Resort Inc. d/b/a Papa J’s located at 193 Searsport Avenue, Belfast, Maine for a renewal Malt, Spirituous and Vinous Restaurant liquor license, interior and exterior.

mechanic.

B) Discussion of petitions for a referendum to withdraw from RSU #20.
C) Discussion about possible contribution of $2,500 to the Belfast Science Olympiad Team to compete
in the National Championship. (Requested by Councilor Sanders)
D) Request from the Farmer’s Market to allow for the sale of wine as part of the Market operation.
E) First reading of a proposal from the Harbormaster and the Harbor Committee to amend City
ordinances regarding the Harbor’s turning basins and the placement of moorings & floats in the Inner
Harbor.
F) Update on City sign design.
G) Consideration of new signage for City range ways and other water access points.
H) Request From Brooks Preservation Society to Install Certain Signs.
I. Update on the Harbor Walk.
J. Further discussion of the possibility of two polling locations in Belfast.
