Thomaston, Maine - The Oceanside varsity soccer team hosted Winslow on Monday, October 5th, 2015 in Thomaston, Maine. Oceanside won the game by one goal scored by Casey Pine.

Story:

Kalyn Grover knocked away a point blank shot by Makenzie Carlow with 1:30 to go to preserve a 1-0 victory Monday afternoon in Thomaston.  Casy Pine was able to break loose from a group to get a quick shot past Hillary Libby very early in the 2nd half.  The goal would prove to be the game winner as top seeded Oceanside held strong for the shutout.  Paige Trask and Maddy Morneault led a solid defensive effort for Winslow.  Oceanside improves to 9-0-1 on the season.  Winslow falls to 6-2-2.
