BROADER AREA OF MAINE AND NEW HAMPSHIRE CONSIDERING A DEEP SNOW
PACK AND STRONG WINDS EXPECTED. BUT BLIZZARD WATCHES HAVE ONLY BE
POSTED FOR AREAS WITH THE GREATEST LIKELIHOOD OF SEEING BLIZZARD
