Women's Cross Country Finish Season at NCAA's

Boston, MA – The University of Maine at Presque Isle Women's Cross Country team finishes out their season in the NCAA D3 East Regional Championship 6K race. The Owls finished 28^th in the race as a team, with 220 runners. Katelyn Osborne (Mount Desert Island, ME) led the Owls with a top 100 finish, placing 82^nd.

Osborne finish with a time of 26:23 and a mile split of 7:04, leading the Owls yet again this season. Felix Norkin (Denmark, ME) was the next UMPI runner to finish as she ran the 6K in a time of 30:25, 8:09 mile split. Annaset Jackson (Wilton, ME) finished with a time of 33:10 and a mile split of 8:53. Kailee Sprague (North Berwick, ME) finished in 36:30 and a 9:47 mile split, while Elizabeth Bitar (Percy, ME) finished in 40:16 with a mile split of 10:48. Sophia Olore (Alfred, ME) was the final Owls runner to finish the race in a time of 42:01 and an 11:16 mile split.
