"Well Rockland, looks like we are in the middle of a Blizzard for Christmas day. I just took a ride around the city and the roads are getting bad. Public Works is trying to keep up with it but when mother nature decides to blow it all around it is difficult to keep up. So, if you have no serious reason to go out, please stay home.
