Rocky's Frozen Treats Celebrates Ribbon Cutting, Grand Opening

Rockland, Maine - Rocky's Frozen Treats staff celebrated their grand opening and ribbon cutting with family, leaders from Rockland Main Street Inc, Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce, a few bank leaders and the mayor of the City of Rockland on Thursday, July 14th, 2016 in Rockland, Maine.

Apart of their grand opening today, July 14th, they're serving organic soft serve ice cream for a dollar until closing.
